You can reach us Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 18.00.
After successful receipt, you will receive a confirmation from us by e-mail. However, this does not constitute acceptance of the contract; this only takes place when the goods are handed over or delivered. If you have not received a confirmation, please check whether it may have ended up in your spam folder.
You will find the link to your invoice in your order confirmation.
Click on the link "Download PDF invoice" and a new window with your invoice will open.
Our products are manufactured in different countries, depending on the type of product and the resources available. However, we ensure that all our manufacturers meet our high standards and that the working conditions are fair and safe. The design process and operations take place in Krefeld, Germany's city of velvet and silk. The final finishing takes place near Cologne, from where your favourite products are shipped to you.
SHIPPING
All prices stated on the product pages already include VAT and other price components. In addition, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of just €4.99 per order for carbon-neutral delivery including tracking (DHL) within Germany. If your order reaches a value of €69 or more, shipping is free for you in Germany. For all other EU countries we charge a flat rate of €6.99. There are no other hidden taxes or costs. The shipping costs are clearly communicated to you on the product pages, in the shopping basket system and on the order page so that you always know exactly what to expect.
Our aim is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. The delivery time is usually 3-5 working days in Germany and 3-10 working days in Europe. If delivery times differ for certain products, we will inform you transparently on the respective product page or directly by email. Delivery times may be longer during special offers or seasonal periods.
You can track the status of your order at any time after dispatch via DHL Tracking and always know exactly when your delivery will arrive.
We are actively committed to the environment and only offer climate-neutral delivery. So you can be sure that your order will reach you in an environmentally friendly way.
At Wildspark, we attach great importance to sustainability and environmental protection. That's why we only use environmentally friendly materials for our shipping packaging. Instead of plastic, we use glassine paper, recycled paper and cardboard. In this way, we want to do our bit to reduce plastic waste and protect our environment. By ordering from us, you are actively supporting our efforts for a greener future. Thank you for being part of our sustainability initiative!
You can also have an order delivered to a Packstation. To do this, you must select "Packstation" in the order process before entering the delivery address. You can then enter the postcode, Packstation number, postcode and city.
Unfortunately, subsequent changes of address are generally not possible. We ask for your understanding. However, you have the option of changing the delivery date or drop-off location yourself after receiving the dispatch confirmation with the consignment number.
We currently only offer delivery in Germany. Therefore, you can only enter a delivery address in Germany in our webshop. Other marketplaces will follow soon.
Have you received a dispatch confirmation and your parcel has demonstrably been sent, but has still not arrived after several days? In this case, we recommend that you use the shipment tracking function of the shipping service provider. If you cannot find any information there, please contact our customer service immediately. We will do our best to solve the problem for you as quickly as possible. The best way to do this is to use our contact form.
RETURNS
To register a return, please use our returns portal. Please include your order number. The e-mail address must match your order and after checking you will receive your shipping label by e-mail and send the goods back to us.
You will find it in the e-mail with your order confirmation. This number is important for correctly allocating your return.
No, but please let us know the reason for your return. Your feedback is important to us in order to continuously improve our service.
We want to promote a conscious approach to online orders and offset CO₂ emissions. Therefore, we retain a fee of €4.99 (in Germany or €6.99 in all other countries) from your refund amount to offset the return. This fee does not apply to defective items.
We ask you to protect the items in the original packaging or other secure packaging. Careful packaging ensures that the products reach us undamaged. Print out the return label and take the parcel to the nearest parcel shop or post office to send it back to us.
After we have received and processed your return, we will refund you the corresponding amount within 14 days via the payment method you have chosen. You will receive a confirmation email with information about the number of returned items and the refund amount. Please note that depending on the payment provider, it may take 6 - 8 working days for the refund to be visible on your account.
No, returns must always be registered. We will only refund items that you have previously registered with us in the returns portal and that we have checked. If we notice any discrepancies with your registered return, we reserve the right to charge you the corresponding amount or to refund the difference via the original payment method. Please note that the refund may take 6 - 8 working days depending on the payment provider.
Please understand that we can only take back items with the original label and in unworn condition. Obvious residues such as make-up and lipstick stains or traces of odour make the item unsaleable for us. If this is the case, we will return the item in question and retain the purchase price as compensation.
CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
To create a customer account, simply click on "Login" in the top right-hand corner or on the "People icon" in the header. You will then be taken to the login area. There you will find the option "Don't have an account yet? Click here to register". Complete the following form, enter your personal details and assign a password so that you can log into your customer account at any time in the future.
If you have forgotten your password, that's no problem. Click on "Forgot password" in the login area and enter the e-mail address we have on file for you. You will immediately receive an e-mail with a link. Follow the link to enter and confirm a new password. Your new password should be at least 8 characters long.
The creation and use of a customer account is completely free of charge.
As soon as you are logged into your customer account, you can view and change all your personal data under "My account".
Don't forget to check your details thoroughly, especially your e-mail address, before you save them.

Wildspark is proud to use sustainably certified organic cotton in our products. This high quality cotton comes from seed that has not been genetically modified and has been grown without the use of chemical pesticides and fertilisers. Cultivation is carried out according to the principles of organic farming, including the use of natural methods such as rotation farming. This not only protects the environment, but also creates a diverse and natural biodiversity. In addition, the cultivation of organic cotton improves the quality of life of cotton farmers, as they can work in sustainable and environmentally friendly working conditions. By using organic cotton, we are actively promoting more sustainable and environmentally friendly textile production and contributing to a positive change in the fashion industry.
At Wildspark, we place great importance on the safety and sustainability of our products, and our water-based printing inks meet the highest standards because they are fundamentally safe, free from toxins and animal ingredients, biodegradable and safe for young children and babies. Our printing inks have multiple certifications and are subject to the strictest, globally recognised industry standards to ensure that they meet all relevant safety requirements.
