Exchanges and returns
Dear Wildspark customer,
We would like to give you a transparent overview of our return and exchange policy.
Returns are a challenge for us as an up-and-coming company, as they are associated with considerable costs.
Unfortunately, it is therefore not possible for us to cover the entire cost of returning your items.
The postage costs to the shipping service provider, the fees for our returns system and the logistical effort involved in processing the returns and restocking the items are just some of the expenses incurred in connection with returns.
In order to cover at least some of these costs, we therefore deduct the following fees from the refund for returns:
This fee does not apply to defective items.

- Germany: €4.99
- all other EU countries: €6.99
This fee does not apply to defective items.

This is how it works:
- Visit our returns portal
- Enter your 6-digit order number, which you will find in the email with your order confirmation
- Select the products you want to return or exchange.
- Pack the items carefully - you are welcome to use the original packaging
- Print out the returns label and take the parcel to the parcel store of your choice
- Once we have received your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days
- If you decide to exchange your product, you can simply order a new one in our online store.
Please note our return and exchange period of 30 days after receipt of your order.
We can only accept items in their original condition (unworn & unwashed).
